REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of laboratory research products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.


Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

The product arrives damaged.

The incorrect item was supplied Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible:

You must notify us within

48 hours of delivery

Clear photographs of the issue must be provided Products must be

unused and in original condition.

Non-Refundable Situations


We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect ordering

Improper storage or handling

Use outside research purposes.


Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
